Lin Yi agreed to acquire an additional 7% stake in Shenzhen NEXNOVO Technology co.,ltd from Shenzhen Absen Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300389) for CNY 20 million on August 9, 2022. Shenzhen NEXNOVO Technology co.,ltd reported total assets of CNY 115.9 million and total common equity of CNY 70.5 million as of June 30, 2022. As of December 30, 2002, Shenzhen Absen Optoelectronic has not received the transfer payment, and the company has urged Lin Yi to fulfill its obligation to pay the equity transfer price and corresponding liquidated damages in accordance with the agreement.
