(SZSE:300227) agreed to acquire unknown minority stake in Shandong HFS Photonics Technology Limited Company from Shi Wei for CNY 5 million on December 31, 2021. The Shenzhen Sunshine Laser & Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300227) will use its own funds to carry out a capital increase of CNY 55 million in Shandong HFS Photonics Technology Limited Company and will acquire shares in Shandong HFS Photonics Technology Limited Company. The total assets and net assets of Shandong Haifu Photonics were CNY 112 million and CNY 38 million, respectively, as of July 31, 2021.
