Shindengen Electric Manufacturing Co. Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2015. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 71,678 million against JPY 76,768 million for the same period last year. Operating income was JPY 4,450 million against JPY 7,546 million for the same period last year. Ordinary income was JPY 4,074 million against JPY 8,029 million for the same period last year. Profit attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 2,862 million or JPY 27.78 per basic share against JPY 5,437 million or JPY 52.77 per share for the same period last year. Income before income taxes was JPY 3,962 million against JPY 8,029 million for the same period last year.
The company provided earnings guidance for the year ending March 31, 2016.
