Shiny Chemical Industrial Company Limited announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. Operating income was TWD 519.045 million compared to TWD 334.679 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 433.433 million compared to TWD 284.849 million a year ago. Shiny Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture and sales of chemical solvent series products and the trading of raw chemical materials. The Company's solvent series products include electronic grade solvents, industrial grade solvents and formaldehyde series products. The electronic grade solvents include normal butyl acetate, propylene glycol monomethyl ether and acetone. The industrial grade solvents include normal butyl acetate, shinytate, normal propyl acetate, Ibo-Butyl acetate and others. The formaldehyde series products include formalin, urea glue, melamine glue and others.
