Digital Cable Communication Company Limited announced a private placement of 1,250,000 ordinary shares at a par of THB 10 for gross proceeds of THB 12,500,000 on October 12, 2022. The transaction will include participation from new investor, Simat Technologies Public Company Limited for THB 6,250,000 and will acquire 50% stake in the company, Boonlerd Iewpornchai for THB 100, FOT MSO Co., Ltd. for THB 6,249,700, Teerapat Aur-Areevorakul for THB 100, Wanlapatch Pratoommuang for THB 100.
