Sino Geophysical Co. Ltd. announced that at its AGM held on May 19, 2021, approved a final cash dividend (tax included) of CNY 0.20000000 per 10 A shares for the year 2020. This dividend is payable on May 28, 2021, with a record date of May 27, 2021 and ex-date of May 28, 2021.
