Sintx Technologies, Inc. (NasdaqCM:SINT) will look for acquisitions. SiNtx Technologies declined 13% to $8.10 on February 6, 2023 after it said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it is conducting an offering of 1.86 million units at an assumed price of $8.08 each. SiNtx Technologies said it expects $13.6 million in net proceeds from the offering and to use the funds for general corporate purposes and potential acquisitions or investments.
