Privacy Dynamics Inc. announced that it has raised $4 million in a round of funding led by a new investor Lion Wells Capital on December 2, 2021. The transaction also included participation from new investors Crosscut Ventures Management, LLC, Slack Technologies, Inc., Geometry Group, Inc., Hypergrowth Partners and several angel investors.
