On August 28, 2018, Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary submits a shareholder proposals to Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. requesting that the Board of Directors of the Company adopt a comprehensive policy articulating its commitment to respect human rights, which includes a description of proposed due diligence processes to identify, assess, prevent and mitigate actual and potential adverse human rights impacts.
