S&T Motiv Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A064960) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase KRW 15,000 million under the contract with KB Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will be valid until April 11, 2019. As of October 11, 2018, the company had 911,000 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
