NOTICE OF THE APPOINTMENT OF A NEW CHAIRMAN
His Majesty the King Mohammed VI appointed on Friday, May 19th, 2023, upon proposal of the Head of Government and at the initiative of the Minister of Equipment and Water, Mr Tarik El AROUSSI, Chairman of the Executive Board of Societé d'Exploitation des Ports, Marsa Maroc.
Following this appointment, Mr Tarik El AROUSSI informed the Marsa Maroc Supervisory Board, which met on May 20th 2023, of his resignation from his mandate as member of the Board, with immediate effect.
The Members of the Supervisory Board congratulated Mr. EL AROUSSI and wished him great success in his new functions.
The Supervisory Board also decided to coopt Mr. Anouar El JABBARI, in replacement and with immediate effect, as a member of the Supervisory Board, for the remaining term of his predecessor.
