Somero Enterprises, Inc. announced that the Board has declared a supplemental dividend of USD 0.0740 per share, calculated as a 50% distribution of December 31, 2023 cash that exceeds the Board approved year-end USD 25.0 million minimum cash reserve. The 2023 supplemental dividend will be payable on 10 May 2024 to shareholders on the register at 12 April 2024. The common stock ex-dividend date is 11 April 2024.
