Somero Enterprises, Inc. announced that the Board has declared a final 2023 ordinary dividend of USD 0.1319 per share, calculated based on the Board approved payout ratio of 50% of adjusted net income, and after reviewing anticipated future cash requirements for the business. The final 2023 ordinary dividend will be payable on 10 May 2024 to shareholders on the register at 12 April 2024. The common stock ex-dividend date is 11 April 2024.
