On May 10, 2023, Sonos, Inc. announced that Julius Genachowski has been appointed Chairperson of the Board of Directors (the "Board"). Former Board Chairperson Mike Volpi, who served as Board Chairperson from November 2010 to May 2023, will continue to serve on the Board as an independent director. Mr. Genachowski and Mr. Volpi have served as directors on the Board since September 2013 and March 2010, respectively.
