AfreecaTV Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A067160) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 10,000 million worth of its shares according to the contract with KB Securities Co. Ltd. The program is aimed at acquisition through the issuance of treasury stocks when enhancing shareholder value and exercising stock options to employees.
The program will expire on December 10, 2022. As of June 9, 2022, the company had 463,008 shares in treasury within the scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchases.
