Sougou Shouken CO., Ltd. (JASDAQ:7850) acquired 57.1% stake in Green Story Plus, Inc from Mayu Maruyama and others for ¥8 million on June 14, 2017. Sougou Shouken CO., Ltd. will acquire 800 shares of Green Story Plus. Post transaction, Mayu Maruyama will own 100 shares representing 7.1% stake in Green Story Plus, Inc. The transaction is resolved by the Board of Directors of Sougou Shouken on June 14, 2017.
