On March 29, 2023, Enecoat Technologies Co., Ltd. closed the transaction The company amended the terms of the transaction and received ¥810 million in it second tranche closing bringing total gross proceeds raised to ¥2,400 million in the transaction. The transaction included participation from Okura Industrial Co., Ltd, The Sankei Building Co., Ltd. and Osaka Kansai Expo Revitalization Fund, a fund managed by Bio-Sight Capital Co., Ltd. and SBI Chiki Kasseika Shien Co., Ltd.
