Power Spin Inc. announced that it has received ¥2,500,000,000 in a round of funding led by new investor JAFCO SV6 Series; a fund managed by JAFCO Group Co., Ltd. on November 10, 2023. The company issued common shares in the transaction. The transaction also included participation from new investors Mitsubishi UFJ Capital VIII, Limited Partnership; a fund managed by Mitsubishi UFJ Capital Co., Ltd., JIC Venture Growth Fund No.2 Investment Limited Partnership; a fund managed by JIC Venture Growth Investments Co., Ltd. and Mirai Creation Fund III; a fund managed by SPARX Group Co., Ltd. The cumulative total funding amount is approximately ¥3,555,000,000 The company's capital after capital increase is ¥1,340,000,000.
The company raised the funding on third party allotment basis.
