(Alliance News) - Spectra Systems Corp on Monday said that Chief Financial Officer Colleen Hamill left the company on Friday, in order to "explore other opportunities."

Spectra said that Hamill has left, following the publication of the Spectra Systems 2022 annual results back in March.

At the time, the Rhode Island, US-based authentication technology provider said revenue was USD19.6 million in 2022, up 18% from USD16.6 million in 2021. Pretax profit grew 19% to USD7.0 million from USD5.9 million.

Hamill has been CFO since June 2022, after being appointed just less than a year ago.

Spectra said that process to identify a successor is "progressing well."

In the meantime Financial Controller Liz Squires and Chief Executive Officer Nabil Lawandy will manage the company's financial needs.
