SSE's AGM will takeplace todayat our Perth headquarters.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic and social distancing measures, it is necessary to hold the AGMwith only the minimum number of shareholders present as required to form a quorum under the Company's Articles of Association.

The safety of shareholders, employees and the public is SSE's number one priority and these measures are to help protect everyone during this unprecedented time.

Our Chairman Richard Gillingwater has recorded a presentationto shareholders where he reflects on SSE's solid operational delivery in a financial year which ended in unprecedented circumstances as coronavirus began to make its global impact.

Even though we could not hold a live AGM this year, SSE remains committed to open engagement with shareholders. Arrangements were put in place to enable shareholders to submit questions in the run up to our AGM.

Our Board has responded and you can hear more from them in this videoas they seek to answer questions about the year gone by, SSE's strategy, people and culture.

For an in-depth look at our performance and operation across 2019/20 you can read our Annual Report.
