VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

CLARIFICATION ON INFORMATION OF PRESENTATION

COMPANY IN RESPECT OF MIDWAY

Starlight Culture Entertainment Group Limited (hereafter, the "Company" or "Starlight Culture") noted that the media coverage of promotional information in Chinese about a film titled Midway (《中途島》, known as "決戰中途島" in mainland China) invested and jointly presented by Starlight Culture (hereafter, the "Film"), in which the information of Starlight Culture as one of the presentation companies was omitted and it was subsequently reproduced by several media on the internet.

To avoid misunderstandings by the investors and misdirection of public opinion, the Company makes the following clarification on the aforesaid media coverage:

The Film is directed by Roland Emmerich, jointly presented by Starlight Culture, Shanghai Ruyi Entertainment（上海儒意影視製作有限公司）(known as "Ruyi Film") and other parties and produced by Centropolis Entertainment. Accelerated Global Content, LLC (known as "AGC Studios") is responsible for international sales. Lionsgate Films is responsible for the distribution in North America and Bona Film is responsible for the distribution in the Greater China region.

Announcement is hereby given for the above matters.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises seven executive Directors, namely Mr. Fang Jun, Mr. Chau Chit, Mr. Luo Lei, Mr. Gao Qun, Mr. Chen Jie, Ms. Wu Xiaoli and Mr. Hung Ching Fung; one non-executive Director, namely Mr. Wang Shoulei; and four independent non-executive Directors, namely Mr. Wong Wai Kwan, Mr. Michael Ngai Ming Tak, Mr. Ma Runsheng and Mr. Wong Wai Hung.
