Varia Engineering Services Sdn Bhd, Datuk Lau Beng Wei and Datuk Lau Beng Sin agreed to acquire 51.731493% stake in Stella Holdings Berhad (KLSE:STELLA) from Fine Approach Sdn Bhd, Cerdik Cempaka Sdn Bhd, Anjuran Utama Sdn Bhd, Westiara Development Sdn Bhd, Nova Premium Sdn Bhd and others for MYR 32.9 million on October 21, 2022. The transaction is expected to close on December 2, 2022.
