Stove Kraft Limited reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was INR 3,615.93 million compared to INR 3,245.26 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 3,601.83 million compared to INR 3,215.92 million a year ago. Net income was INR 67.55 million compared to INR 77.93 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.04 compared to INR 2.37 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.04 compared to INR 2.35 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was INR 10,391.05 million compared to INR 10,057.92 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 10,396.38 million compared to INR 10,005.59 million a year ago. Net income was INR 314.78 million compared to INR 417.72 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 9.53 compared to INR 12.71 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 9.53 compared to INR 12.6 a year ago.
Stove Kraft Limited is an India-based kitchen and home solutions company. The Company is engaged in the manufacture and retail of a suite of kitchen and home solutions under the brand names Pigeon, Gilma and BLACK+DECKER. The Company operates through the Kitchen and Home Appliances segment. It is also engaged primarily in the business of the manufacture of pressure cookers, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) stoves, non-stick cookware, and trading of other kitchen and electrical appliances. It provides post-sales services in relation to a range of products, such as blenders and juicers, breakfast appliances, small cooking appliances and small domestic appliances. Its kitchen solutions include emergency lamps, water bottles, flasks, aluminum ladders, mops and storage boxes. The Company has a separate distribution spread across 10 states for Black+Decker. The Company has two manufacturing facilities in Bengaluru, Karnataka and Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
