The Company's properties include Roca Honda property, New Mexico; Copper King property, New Mexico; Gas Hills properties, Wyoming; Nose Rock Property, New Mexico; Dalton Pass Uranium Property, New Mexico; Church Rock Property, New Mexico; Marquez Property, New Mexico; Copper Mountain, Wyoming; Juniper Ridge, Wyoming; Shirley Basin, Wyoming; Sky, Wyoming, and Chord, South Dakota. The Company's properties are located primarily in the two uranium producing districts in the United States: Grants, New Mexico and the Gas Hills, Wyoming. The Main Gas Hills deposits include George-Ver, Loco-Lee, Bull-Rush, Frazier Lamac, Andrea, Day Loma, Amazon, Sunset, Badlands and Rock Hill.
