Subsea 7 S.A. announced that Mr. Dod Fraser, currently Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, will not be standing for re-election at the AGM. Mr. Fraser served on the Board for more than 13 years and the Board would like to thank him for his valuable contribution to Subsea7.

Net sales break down by activity as follows: - subsea infrastructure construction and installation services (82.3%): gas pipelines, oil pipelines, umbilicals, etc.; - offshore installations maintenance and repair services (16%); - other (1.7%). Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Norway (22%), Brazil (18.8%), the United Kingdom (16.7%), the United States (10.6%), Taiwan (6%), Australia (4.1%), Saudi Arabia (3.8%) and other (18%).
