China Petrochemical Development Corporation cancelled the acquisition of Dajia Plant from Sunko Ink Co., Ltd..

China Petrochemical Development Corporation (TWSE:1314) agreed to acquire Dajia Plant from Sunko Ink Co., Ltd. (TWSE:1721) for TWD 0.465 million on February 26, 2021. The Dajia Plant consists of land, building and facilities.
China Petrochemical Development Corporation (TWSE:1314) cancelled the acquisition of Dajia Plant from Sunko Ink Co., Ltd. (TWSE:1721) on June 16, 2021. CPDC & Sunko Ink Co., Ltd. were unable to reach a consensus on partial transaction conditions and agreed to rescind the asset transaction contract. Sunko Ink Co., Ltd. will refund all the paid transaction price TWD 186 million.
SUNKO INK CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally involved in the manufacture and sales of chemical products. The Companyâs products primarily include special chemical products, thermoplastic elastomers and plant protection medicines. The Companyâs products are applied in the manufacture of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane (PU) resins, artificial leather products, automobile spare parts, shoes, bags, furniture, clothes, water proof materials and others. The Company distributes its products both in domestic markets and to overseas markets.
