Shareholding Details	As at the date of the announcement, Mr. Gu holds 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company and 1,000,000 share options ('Options') granted to him pursuant to the Sunpower Employee Share Option Scheme 2015 ('2015 Sunpower ESOS'). Mr. Gu has been employed by the Company since April 2017 as senior vice president. In view of the long-standing employment of Mr. Gu with the Company and his contributions made to the Green Investment business of the Company during the term of his employment, pursuant to the rules of the 2015 Sunpower ESOS, the Remuneration Committee has determined, in its absolute discretion, to allow Mr. Gu to exercise the Options, to the extent unexercised, following the cessation of his employment within the relevant option period and upon the expiry of such period, such Options shall immediately lapse and become null and void.
