D-Shine Strategic Emerging Industry No. 3 Private Securities Investment Fund, managed by Shanghai D-shine Investment Management Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire a 5.2% stake in Suzhou Hycan Holdings Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002787) from Li Bingxing for approximately CNY 110 million on August 4, 2023. Under the terms, Shanghai D-shine Investment Management will acquire 16,431,500 shares at the price of CNY 6.96 per share.

Suzhou Hycan Holdings Co., Ltd., formerly Suzhou Huayuan Packaging Co Ltd, is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, design, manufacturing and sale of metal packaging products. The Company mainly manufactures chemical tanks, as well as miscellaneous cans, food cans and metal cover business.
