Suzhou High-Tech Venture Capital Group Co. Ltd. announced that it will raise CNY 3,059.1549 million in an equity round of funding on November 22, 2022. The transaction included participation from returning investors, Suzhou Jin Hesheng Holding Co.,Ltd. for CNY 457.9574 million and Suzhou New District Hi-Tech Industrial Co.,Ltd for CNY 2,601.1975 million. The company's registered capital will increase to 4,000 million. The transaction is still subject to approval from shareholders.
On December 7, 2022, the company announced that the Suzhou New District Hi-Tech Industrial Co.,Ltd.'s 3rd special shareholders’ meeting for 2022 approved the private placement.
