Synergy Grid & Development Phils., Inc. announced at the special meeting of the Board of Directors on 28 March 2018, the resignation of Atty. Jesus Emmanuel O. Morales Jr. as independent director, effective immediately, was accepted. The remaining directors, still constituting a quorum, elected Atty. Ryan V. Romero as independent director, who will serve as such upon his qualification and until his successor, is elected and qualified.

The Company operates through transmission business segment. The Company operates through its transmission services across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
