T-Mobile US, Inc. (NasdaqGS:TMUS) signed a definitive agreement to acquire an unknown remaining interest in Iowa Wireless Services, L.L.C. from Aureon Network Services, Inc. on September 26, 2017. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approval and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2017 or early 2018. T-Mobile US, Inc.
