Policy and Related Business Impact Regarding Transactions with

Russia and Other Countries

The Tadano Group is deeply concerned about the situation in Ukraine and strongly hopes that it will be resolved quickly and peacefully. We hereby inform our stakeholders of the Tadano Group's current policy regarding transactions with Russia and other countries, as well as the expected business impact.

  • 1. Current policy:

As of March 4, 2022, the Tadano Group has suspended shipments of products and parts to Russia, Belarus, and the self-proclaimed "Donetsk People's Republic" and "Luhansk People's Republic."

  • 2. Current expected impact on business:

Sales to the countries indicated above account for about 1% of the Tadano Group's consolidated net sales. Therefore, the impact on our consolidated business results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022 will be negligible.

The impact of the protracted situation in Ukraine on our manufacturing activities, particularly in regards to supply chain, remains uncertain, but should there be any impact on the Tadano Group's business performance, we will promptly disclose the relevant information.
