From November 1, 2018 to January 31, 2019, the company has repurchased 386,969 shares, representing 7.3% for KRW 2,402.58 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 386,969 shares, representing 7.3% for KRW 2,402.58 million under the buyback announced on November 1, 2018.
TAIHANTEXTILE CO., LTD is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the weaving, spinning and dyeing of fabrics. The Company operates its business in two segments: textile and construction. Its textile segment produces yarns such as cotton yarns, fancy yarns, vortex spinning yarns, velour yarns, melange yarns and slub yarns used for undershirts under the brand name of White Horse, as well as fabrics such as cotton woven fabrics and knit fabrics used for military uniforms, bedding interiors, shirts and jackets under the brand name RAINBOW. Its construction segment is mainly engaged in the construction of apartments. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
