Taiwan Alpha Electronic Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 181.992 million compared to TWD 120.629 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 19.204 million compared to TWD 13.685 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 233.234 million compared to TWD 13.497 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 10.1 compared to TWD 0.58 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 10.07 compared to TWD 0.58 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 294.728 million compared to TWD 182.118 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 20.482 million compared to operating loss of TWD 2.947 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 256.166 million compared to TWD 5.146 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 11.09 compared to TWD 0.22 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 11.05 compared to TWD 0.22 a year ago.
