Takasago Thermal Engineering Co., Ltd. reported consolidated and non-consolidated earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2021. For the year, on consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of ¥275,181 million against ¥320,893 million a year ago. Operating profit was ¥12,300 million against ¥17,900 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was ¥10,116 million or ¥145.56 per basic share against ¥13,231 million or ¥186.49 per basic share a year ago.
For the year, on non-consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of ¥211,731 million against ¥242,951 million a year ago. Operating profit was ¥10,870 million against ¥14,878 million a year ago. Profit was ¥9,964 million or ¥142.82 per basic share against ¥12,278 million or ¥172.42 per basic share a year ago.
Takasago Thermal Engineering Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in equipment construction business as well as manufacturing and sales of equipment. The Company has two segments. The Equipment Construction segment involves in the maintenance and general management of equipment, the design and construction of air conditioners, water supply and drainage facilities, technical assistance to overseas subsidiaries as well as the manufacturing, sales and installation of cleanroom related equipment and interior materials. The Equipment Manufacturing and Sales segment is engaged in the design, manufacturing and sales of air conditioners. Other business involves in the sales and leasing of real estates and insurance agency business.
