Zhuhai Saiya Investment Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire an additional 7.64% stake in Tatwah Smartech Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002512) from Zhuhai Zhiyuan Investment Center (Limited Partnership) for approximately CNY 530 million on September 9, 2020. Pursuant to the transaction, Zhuhai Zhiyuan will dispose off 87,424,806 shares at CNY 6.05 per share. Post the completion of the transaction, Zhuhai Saiya will own 9.64% stake and Zhuhai Zhiyuan will cease to hold any stake in Tatwah.
Zhuhai Saiya Investment Co., Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of additional 7.64% stake in Tatwah Smartech Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002512) from Zhuhai Zhiyuan Investment Center (Limited Partnership) on September 29, 2020. The parties signed the share transfer termination agreement.
TATWAH SMARTECH.CO., LTD is a China-based company, principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and distribution of radio frequency identification (RFID) products. The Company's products include contactless integrated circuit (IC) cards and electronic tags, cache on board (COB) modules and reading and writing modules. In addition, the Company is also engaged in the system integration and safe printing businesses. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets.
