Taylormade Renewables Limited announced a private placement of 105,427 common shares at a price of INR 519 per share for gross proceeds of INR 54,716,613 on November 9, 2023. The transaction included participation from new investors Suboneyo Chemicals And Pharmaceuticals Private Limited for 51,644 shares, Samruddhi Chemicals Pvt Ltd for 26,306 shares, and Chaudhri Suyogkumar Sudhakar for 27,477 shares. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
