From October 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, the company has repurchased 23,651 shares, representing 0.53% for $0.35 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 75,172 shares, representing 1.67% for $1.08 million under the buyback announced on August 3, 2022.

The Bankâs business consists primarily of taking deposits from the general public and investing those deposits, together with funds generated from operations in one-to-four family residential real estate loans, commercial real estate and multi-family loans, acquisition, development and land loans, commercial and industrial loans, home equity loans and lines of credit and consumer loans.
