Frst Bank Financial Centre, Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire branches in Mequon and Brookfield from The Equitable Bank, S.S.B. on March 15, 2012. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2013.
