Zetkama Spolka Akcyjna entered in an agreement to acquire 32.57% stake in Techmadex Spólka Akcyjna from Lucjan Galecki, Dariusz Gil, Jerzy Kamecki and Henryk Cukier for PLN 8.05 million.

Zetkama Spolka Akcyjna (WSE:ZKA) entered in an agreement to acquire 32.57% stake in Techmadex Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:TDX) from Lucjan Galecki, Dariusz Gil, Jerzy Kamecki and Henryk Cukier for PLN 8.05 million on October 13, 2014. Zetkama will acquire 0.35 million shares of Techmadex. Under the terms of agreement Zetkama will pay PLN 6.3 million in cash and will make an earnout payment of PLN 1.75 million if Techmadex achieves certain financial parameters.
