Oceanbridge Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A241790) agreed to acquire a 81.4% stake in YHT Co., Ltd from group of sellers for KRW 13.5 billion on May 13, 2022. As part of the transaction, Oceanbridge will acquire 23,270 shares in YHT Co., Ltd from NH New Growth Private Equity, Young-baek Heo, Noh Ha- rim, Young-mi Heo, Park Soo-jin, Jeong-seop Park, Tae-ryung Lee. Oceanbridge will fund the consideration using own funds. In 2021, YHT Co., Ltd reported Total assets of KRW 17.543 billion, Total Debt of KRW 10.557 billion, revenue of KRW 25.747 billion, total equity of KRW 6.986 billion, and Net Income of KRW 2.216 billion. The transaction is resolved by the board of Oceanbridge and expected to complete on May 20, 2022.
