Terreno Realty Corporation Adds Gary N. Boston as an Independent Director, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, Compensation Committee and Audit Committee, Effective October 1, 2022

Terreno Realty Corporation announced the addition of Gary N. Boston as an independent director, effective October 1, 2022, expanding its board of directors to eight. Most recently, Mr. Boston was Senior Portfolio Manager of APG Asset Management. Mr. Boston was a Director of Retail Value Inc. from 2018 until its dissolution in June 2022.

Mr. Boston holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business. Mr. Boston has been appointed to serve on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, Compensation Committee and Audit Committee (collectively, the “Committees”).
