Marcus Corporation Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common Stock and Class B Common Stock, Payable on September 15, 2023

Directors of The Marcus Corporation declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock, a 40% increase from the prior dividend rate of $0.05 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid September 15, 2023, to shareholders of record on August 25, 2023. The Board of Directors also declared a dividend of $0.064 per share on the Class B common stock.

The dividend on the Class B common stock, which is not publicly traded, will also be paid September 15, 2023, to shareholders of record on August 25, 2023.
