The Platform Group AG (XTRA:FSNT) agreed to acquire remaining 29.9% stake in Aponow Gmbh on March 7, 2024. After acquisition The Platform Group AG will hold 80% stake in Aponow Gmbh. The transaction will be financed from TPG's own funds.
The transaction is expected to be closed in April 2024.
