The Annual General Meeting was held in Thin Electronics ASA (the "Company" or
"Thinfilm") today, 3 June 2020. All the proposals in the Notice, as amended in
accordance with the Company's Oslo Børs announcements earlier on 3 June 2020,
were unanimously approved by the shareholders. 

Preeti Mardia was re-elected to the Board for a new term of 2 years, while
Morten Opstad (Chairman), Jon S. Castor and Kelly S. Doss will continue on the
Board for the second year of their term.
