Third Age Health Services Limited has unveiled its planned board succession, set to occur in early December 2023. Norah Barlow, who has served as a director since 2019, has announced her intention to step down at the end of this year. Ms. Barlow has been instrumental in the company's growth, serving as a strong advocate for Third Age Health's mission of providing exceptional care to older adults.

Looking ahead, Third Age Health is delighted to announce that Steffan Crausaz will join its Board from December 2023. Mr. Crausaz is a seasoned healthcare leader with a track record of transforming and growing organizations in both private and government sectors. Previously, he served as the CEO of Tamaki Health Group, a Private Equity/Founder Joint Venture with an extensive primary healthcare network with 1,200 employees and contractors.

Under his leadership, Tamaki significantly boosted its operating profit and profit margin through a combination of organic growth in services, contracts, and M&A. Prior to Tamaki, Mr. Crausaz led Pharmac, New Zealand's government agency for funding and assessing medicines, vaccines and medical devices, overseeing a budget of $1 billion. Pharmac saw considerable growth in its role and scope under his stewardship.
