Altor Fund V AB managed by Altor Equity Partners AB , TDR Capital LLP and Strawberry Group AS signed an agreement to acquire Thomas Cook Northern Europe AB from Thomas Cook Group plc on October 30, 2019. As part of the transaction the operations will be transferred to a new group, where the transaction involves a combination of assets and shares in the companies from the former legal structure of the Nordic Group and All operations and employees are expected to be relocated and continue to live in the new company.
