FMC Beteiligungs KG agreed to acquire Infrastructure business of thyssenkrupp AG (XTRA:TKA) on August 5, 2021. The purchase agreement with FMC includes employment and location guarantees. The business reported revenue of €140 million for the year ended December 31, 2020.

The transaction is still subject to merger control approvals and the approval of the supervisory board of thyssenkrupp AG. The transaction is expected to complete in the second half of 2021. J.P. Morgan Securities Plc, Frankfurt Branch acted as financial advisor for thyssenkrupp AG.
