TienPin United Enterprise CO., LTD. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 22.95 million compared to TWD 8.1 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 43.12 million compared to net income of TWD 5.02 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.7 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.08 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 55.1 million compared to TWD 28.03 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 41.89 million compared to TWD 3.32 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.68 compared to TWD 0.05 a year ago.
TienPin United Enterprise CO., LTD (formerly: DataFab Systems Inc.) is engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture, assembly, testing and distribution of computer peripheral products. The Company provides card readers, adapters, express cards, liquid crystal displays, multimedia players, flash memory cards, as well as liquid crystal displays (LCDs), among others. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company obtained approximately 70.39% of its revenue from its card reader business. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the Americas, the rest of Asia and Europe.
