TMM Real Estate Development Public Limited announces FY 2020 Financial Results

Kyiv, 13 October 2021 - TMM Real Estate Development Public Limited (ISIN: US87260H1041) ("TMM" or the "Company") announces publication of its consolidated financial statements as at 31st December 2020 and for the year then ended. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with IFRS and audited by SPL Audit (Cyprus) Ltd.

During the reporting period the Company identified and corrected the following errors that occurred during the year ended 31 December 2019:

• Comparative financial information comprises changes in revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS 15 for the purpose of bringing it in line with presentation of the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2020;
• The Company corrected the amount of foreign exchange gain relating to the foreign currency balances with one of its main lenders.
